📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and mix chemical compounds according to precise specifications and batch records.
• Operate and maintain compounding equipment, including mixers, blenders, and packaging machines.
• Monitor and control the compounding process to ensure consistency and quality.
• Perform quality checks and tests to verify the purity and potency of the compounds.
• Record and document all compounding activities and results.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in chemical production or compounding.
• Familiarity with compounding equipment and software, such as LabVIEW, LabSoft, or similar.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality assurance protocols.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
