As an IT Operation Engineer at Sharing Vision Indonesia, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our data platform and application support. You'll work closely with our development teams to ensure that our applications are running smoothly and efficiently. Your role will also involve providing exceptional service desk support to our end-users, helping them to resolve any issues they may encounter. With your expertise in IT operations, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the reliability and performance of our systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of our data platform and application infrastructure using tools like Splunk, Nagios, and ServiceNow.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for our applications and services, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Work with development teams to implement and deploy new applications and services, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex technical issues to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and maintain documentation for our IT infrastructure, including runbooks, playbooks, and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure that our systems are monitored 24/7 and that any issues are addressed promptly.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement improvements to our IT infrastructure and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in IT operations and apply them to our environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on data platforms and application support.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems and scripting languages like Python or Bash.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
