📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and procedures for the new factory.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on safety protocols and best practices.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with HSE regulations and industry standards.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into all aspects of operations.
• Ensure that the HSE program aligns with the company's overall strategic objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management in manufacturing environments.
• Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety Professional (OSH Professional) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HSE programs.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
