📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities in the FinTech sector.
• Analyze business processes and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.
• Develop and maintain business cases, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards using Power BI and other analytical tools.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest FinTech trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the FinTech or financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Power BI.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
