📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the fabric and colour matching laboratory, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company quality policies.
• Manage a team of laboratory technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and accurate testing and analysis.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols for fabric and colour matching, using advanced tools such as spectrophotometers, colorimeters, and other specialized equipment.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, design, and sales, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor laboratory staff on new testing methods, equipment, and industry best practices.
• Ensure the laboratory is equipped with the latest technology and tools to support accurate and efficient testing and analysis.
• Maintain detailed records and reports of all testing and quality control activities, providing regular updates to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a focus on fabric and colour matching.
• Certification in textile testing and quality control (e.g., AATCC, ISO, or other relevant certifications).
• Strong knowledge of textile testing methods, including colour fastness, colour measurement, and fabric analysis.
• Proficient in using laboratory equipment such as spectrophotometers, colorimeters, and other specialized tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret test results and recommend corrective actions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage and mentor a team of laboratory technicians.
