📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the inspection and testing of incoming materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures for incoming materials.
• Conduct audits and inspections of suppliers to maintain high-quality standards.
• Manage and analyze quality control data using SAP IQC and Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth material flow and quality compliance.
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality control best practices.
• Ensure compliance with international quality standards and regulations.
• Continuously improve quality control processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Incoming Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.
• Strong knowledge of quality control tools and techniques, including SAP IQC.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
