📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect and assess tyres for wear, damage, and performance issues.
• Perform tyre rotations, balancing, and alignment to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Install and replace tyres using specialized equipment such as tyre changers and balancers.
• Recommend appropriate tyre types and brands based on customer needs and vehicle requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of tyre services and customer information using our in-house management system.
• Collaborate with the mechanics and customer service team to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on tyre equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Tyreman or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with tyre inspection tools and equipment, including tyre changers, balancers, and pressure gauges.
• Knowledge of tyre maintenance and repair procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle.
