📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain wired and wireless network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Set up and manage CCTV and surveillance systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network and surveillance issues, both on-site and remotely.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver customized IT solutions.
• Monitor network performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends in networking and surveillance.
• Document all technical processes and maintain accurate records of system configurations.
• Ensure compliance with IT security best practices and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT technical support, with a focus on networking and surveillance systems.
• Proven experience with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with CCTV and surveillance systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, and wireless networking technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
