📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze cost data to identify areas for cost reduction and improvement.
• Develop and implement cost control policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to optimize ingredient procurement and usage.
• Prepare and present regular cost reports to management.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new menu items and operational changes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide training and support to staff on cost control best practices.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to negotiate better pricing and terms.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Proficiency in cost accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in cost management or financial analysis is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
