🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
