📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and enroll students in our programs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students, parents, and educational institutions.,Conduct campus visits, open days, and information sessions to promote our programs.,Manage the admissions process, including application reviews, interviews, and enrollment procedures.,Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met.,Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and educational institutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in student recruitment and admissions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or a related field.,Strong understanding of the education industry and the ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and educational institutions.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid SIM (Student Identity Card) and be able to work in Bali.
