Resto Nanda Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Section Head to join our team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the café, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.,Train and mentor staff to ensure they meet the required standards and deliver excellent customer service.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of resources to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Oversee the financial performance of the section, including budgeting and reporting.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Collaborate with the restaurant manager to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and financial reporting.,Understanding of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
