📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety and security policies and procedures.,Conduct regular safety and security audits.,Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies.,Train and supervise security personnel.,Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations.,Maintain and update security systems and equipment.,Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies.,Provide security briefings and updates to employees and guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety and security management.,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to safety and security.,Certification in security management or a related field is a plus.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
