📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update job postings on company websites and job portals.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to the recruitment team to ensure high-quality hiring practices.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
