📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmaceutical facility, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to improve productivity and quality.,Monitor and maintain compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures.,Ensure the smooth functioning of production processes, from raw material procurement to finished product distribution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Strong understanding of industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
