In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and solutions to our clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations and laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax consulting and a proven track record of success in managing tax projects and teams.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and solutions to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations and laws.,Manage and mentor a team of tax consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.,Develop and implement tax strategies that optimize clients' tax liabilities and minimize risks.,Conduct tax audits and reviews, identifying areas of improvement and recommending corrective actions.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure that the team is aware of these developments.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.,Prepare and present tax reports, analyses, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.,Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting and finance, to ensure seamless integration of tax services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a strong focus on tax planning and compliance.,Proven track record of success in managing tax projects and teams.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify tax opportunities and risks.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Certification in tax consulting or a related field is a plus.
