📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and create customized learning solutions.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives into the company's strategic goals.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Work closely with the HR team to ensure alignment between learning initiatives and HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Certification in learning and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
