📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and coordinate internal audit activities, including planning, execution, and reporting.,Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Identify and assess risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Provide strategic advice to management on risk management and internal control.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar role.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent).,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control systems.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with audit software and tools is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
