📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and coordinate a team of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to minimize delivery times and costs.
• Monitor and track the performance of delivery drivers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to delivery drivers to improve their skills and knowledge.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues related to deliveries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of delivery activities and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Represent the company at customer meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing and coordinating a team of delivery drivers.
• Strong knowledge of delivery routes and local traffic conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with delivery management software and tools.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as required.
