In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production operations, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient workplace. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production schedules and workflows to ensure efficient and timely completion of production orders.,Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability and adherence to budget.,Conduct regular inspections of production equipment and processes to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and purchasing, to ensure smooth and effective production operations.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on production performance and any issues or concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or production industry.,Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
