📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage inventory levels, conduct stocktakes, and implement inventory control systems.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Monitor warehouse safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product integrity.,Generate and analyze reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels.,Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement warehouse improvement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software and tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
