Food Bit Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated Deputy Store Admin to join our team in Kuta, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and maintaining high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service.,Assist in the preparation and organization of store displays and promotions.,Support the Store Admin in managing daily store operations and activities.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for store activities.,Participate in training and development programs for store staff.,Assist in the implementation of store policies and procedures.,Support the Store Admin in managing store budgets and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.,Proven ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
