Sumber Sari Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Deputy Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals for our patients and staff. We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented, efficient, and passionate about providing high-quality food services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals according to the hospital's menu and dietary requirements.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a clean and hygienic manner.,Maintain and organize the kitchen inventory and ensure that all food items are properly stored.,Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent foodborne illnesses.,Assist in training and supervising kitchen staff as needed.,Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure that food services meet the hospital's standards.,Work as part of a team to ensure that all meals are prepared and served on time.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cook or Deputy Cook in a hospital or similar setting.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and dietary requirements.,Valid food handler's certificate.
