📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Area Manager in managing and supervising the team.,Ensure that all service operations are running efficiently and effectively.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles.,Manage the inventory and ensure that all parts and supplies are available when needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor and report on the performance of the team and the service center.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in training and development programs for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and operations.,Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Understanding of customer service and satisfaction metrics.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
