📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist registered nurses in patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and providing basic medical procedures.,Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized patient environment, including changing bed linens, cleaning patient rooms, and assisting with laundry.,Assist in preparing and serving meals to patients, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.,Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the registered nurses or doctors.,Assist in the administration of medical tests and procedures, such as drawing blood or collecting specimens.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including vital signs, medications, and treatments.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications, including measuring doses and preparing IV fluids.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Nurse or similar healthcare role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.,Familiarity with hospital protocols, regulations, and safety guidelines.,Ability to lift and move patients or equipment as needed.,Valid nursing assistant certification or license.
