📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation.,Monitor food quality and safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food and kitchen supplies.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Participate in kitchen audits and quality control checks.,Assist in the development and implementation of new recipes and menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Head Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing and training kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Professional certification in culinary arts or equivalent experience.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
