📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support for Oracle Retail, Oracle Retek, and SAP Business Objects applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and errors.
• Monitor application performance and optimize as needed.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement application updates and improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in application support, preferably with Oracle Retail, Oracle Retek, and SAP Business Objects.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with enterprise application support tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certifications in Oracle Retail, Oracle Retek, or SAP Business Objects are a plus.
