📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the store's inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and reordering.,Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.,Process customer purchases, handle payments, and provide change accurately.,Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and any other inquiries.,Monitor store sales and report any discrepancies or issues to the manager.,Perform cash handling duties, including counting and reconciling cash at the end of each shift.,Assist with opening and closing the store, including setting up displays and cleaning.,Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the store in a friendly and courteous manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or store administration role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 pounds.
