📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications to patients.,Monitor and record patient medication schedules and adherence.,Provide patient education on medication usage and potential side effects.,Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure accurate and timely medication management.,Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy workspace.,Assist in the inventory management and ordering of pharmaceutical supplies.,Support the pharmacist in conducting medication reconciliation and therapy management.,Participate in continuous education and training programs to stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,At least 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or similar role.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and medication management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with pharmacy software and technology.,Valid pharmacy license or certification.,Commitment to providing excellent patient care and support.
