📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients with a warm and friendly demeanor.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate departments.,Schedule appointments and manage the reception area to ensure a clean and organized workspace.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of visitor information and other relevant data.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and communication tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
