NEXA Lestari is seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of mechanical engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of mechanical engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.,Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Develop and implement engineering standards and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.,Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost-effective solutions to technical problems.,Oversee the testing and validation of mechanical systems and equipment to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.,Mentor and develop the skills of junior engineers and technicians.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field of mechanical engineering.,Provide technical guidance and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of success in leading engineering projects.,Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and practices.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ANSYS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
