PT Baskoro Langit is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team in Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring they are in optimal condition and running efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills to manage a team of maintenance technicians.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, including machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and longevity of assets.,Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.,Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and address them promptly.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure maintenance activities are aligned with operational goals and objectives.,Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and promote a culture of safety within the maintenance team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair, with a focus on industrial or facility maintenance.,Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance equipment, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with maintenance management software and systems.,Valid certification in relevant maintenance or safety standards (e.g., ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001).
