Up Moon Mandiri is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Palopo. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately. The salary range for this position is Rp 7.000.000 – Rp 9.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and safe transportation.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records.,Schedule routine maintenance and repairs for the fleet.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support and guidance to drivers as needed.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance and usage.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet-related activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Strong organizational and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
